Grow More, Earn More - IB Growth Challenge Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Grow More, Earn More - IB Growth Challenge ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 26 May 2025 to 30 June 2025 ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

• Opt-in period: 26 May 2025 - 31 May 2025
• Performance calculation period: 1 June - 30 June 2025

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Only available to invited Introducing Brokers (IBs);
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions;
• IBs with 0 Notional Volume generated in May will not be eligible.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, IB must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion by submitting their details in the opt-in form before promotion start date;
• Email
• Registered IB code
• Generate a minimum of $0.5 million Notional Volume on closed trades from clients;
• Only notional volume generated from closed trades made by clients one-level directly under the IB will be counted towards this Promotion.
• Trades made by clients under sub-IBs or the IBs themselves will not be counted.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Base cash Reward

Eligible IBs will receive a base cash reward according to their notional volume requirements met during the Performance Calculation Period. The available cash reward tiers are as mentioned below:

Additionally, the eligible IBs will also be entitled to boost their cash rewards and get a growth bonus according to their notional volume growth compared to May. The available growth bonus tier are shown below:

Total Payout

Below shows the examples depending on different scenarios:

• Each IB is only entitled to receive the rewards once during this Promotion Period.
• The total reward for this Promotion is capped at USD$10,000. Any amount exceeding this cap will not be paid.
• Vantage will assess all eligible participants and credit the rewards to the IB’s rebate account within 10 business days after the Promotion ends.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Eligible IB refers to IBs who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

2. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

3. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

4. Reward refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

5. Base Cash Reward refers to the reward amount in which the eligible IB will receive from the notional volume generated during the Performance Calculation Period.

6. Growth Bonus Rewards refers to the extra percentage bonus that would be applied to the base cash reward based on the client’s notional volume growth compared to the previous month.

7. Account Balance reflects your actual deposited funds and realised PnL from trading activities. Profits or losses are directly applied to this balance, while the bonus credit remains unaffected and serves solely as an additional margin for trading purposes.
Formula: Account Balance = Account Equity - Credit Bonus - Floating PnL.

8. Leverage Ratio the ratio applied to an Eligible Client's trading account that affects the amount of margin required for trading.

9. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

10. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
